    • In collaboration with principals, develop clear expectations for Year 2 TCLC members (one idea: model protocol for looking at TCLC or other unit, staff members go into TCLC rooms and write down observations following protocol/graphic organizer, time to reflect on what they saw; another is to tie in work with unit writing and the OTES rubric)
    • Need to make sure there's follow-up with those people who haven't finished their Year 1 requirements
    • May need to change requirements for Year 1 TCLC so that planning with others may count toward the required hours of collaborative planning
    • Make sure the 21st Century wiki is kept up to date

    • Continue the 21st Century presence on the website
    • Hardware and software training; collaborate with Jeff Collett to provide some training to staff
    • Ensure that new teacher training continues to cover topics from the past
